Compassionate  Meaningful  Representation

Northern Virginia Traffic and DUI Attorney

If you have been charged with a traffic or DUI offense in Leesburg or any other jurisdiction in Virginia,

Negative points are applied to your driving record for a range of offenses – from minor speeding charges to reckless driving. The number of negative points a driver may receive for any charge is determined on the severity of that charge, and it is often necessary to have legal counsel in order to have the charge reduced. While negative points may not affect you now, they can accumulate to cause significant penalties, including a loss of license. Lindsay Hendrix represents clients in all traffic matters, including but not limited to:

•Reckless driving (including cases leading to accidents, deaths, or by speed)

•Improper driving

•Speeding in a construction zone

•Drunk driving (DUI/DWI)

•Driving under the influence of drugs (DUID)

•Repeat offense DUI/DWI

•Underage drinking and driving

•Driving on a suspended license

•Driving on a revoked license

•Knowingly leaving the scene of an accident (hit-and-run)

•Aggressive driving

Should any of these convictions result in a suspended driver's license, Lindsay is usually able to achieve a restricted license for clients, enabling them to drive for necessary, court-defined purposes, including work, school, medical appointments and court-ordered visitation.  In order to get a restricted license, you must bring a copy of your DMV record (printed out within seven (7) days of the hearing), a copy of your DMV Compliance Report, a motion for a restricted license and a letter from any court-ordered program indicating that you are in compliance.
